Jobbeschreibung:

At DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH, you will contribute to shaping infrastructure and future railway systems with exciting projects such as Stuttgart 21 and the Digital Node Stuttgart. You will take responsibility for land management tasks related to these projects, including negotiations with stakeholders and contract execution.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Handling and implementing construction preparation planning in the framework of property acquisition
Leading negotiations (including correspondence and on-site meetings) with affected property owners and tenants
Preparing compensation and contract offers for acquisition, easements, temporary construction uses, etc., based on current guidelines and negotiation results
Concluding contracts with property owners, renters, or tenants up to registration/transfer in land registry
Managing contracts for central groundwater management
Supervising cadastral surveying and obtaining official approval
Processing eminent domain and expropriation proceedings
Documenting processes and transferring them to the railway infrastructure company.

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed degree as a civil engineer, surveying engineer, legal scientist, or in property technology or property management (Bachelor/Master or comparable qualification)
Professional experience in the property business, preferably in land management and public construction projects
Teamwork skills, ability to work independently, and high level of responsibility
Good expression skills in spoken and written language
Proficiency in MS Office
Negotiation and communication skills
Resilience, reliability, commitment, and structured, goal-oriented working style.
