• develop new strategies and concepts for the transfer of expert knowledge as Prüfsachverständige:r Leit- und Sicherungstechnik (LST)
• support test and acceptance activities in the context of commissioning of interlocking technology
• develop standards for the qualification of Prüfsachverständige and design corresponding training
• design and continuously develop specialist seminars for Prüfsachverständige in the LST trade
• develop and conduct special and complex educational measures (e.g. training, practical training) to acquire expert knowledge and skills as Prüfsachverständige:r LST
• support the development and updating of recommendations for action, practical training and 1:1 coaching in connection with the work as Prüfsachverständige:r
• participate in information and training events for plan and acceptance testers as well as Prüfsachverständige
• conduct moderation, workshops and training with very high difficulty and special complexity for experts and specialist managers

• successfully completed university degree as electrical engineer, telecommunications engineer or comparable technical qualification
• recognized as Prüfsachverständige:r or currently in the process of obtaining this recognition
• knowledge and experience in the maintenance, planning, installation or acceptance of LST systems (including qualification according to Ril 892.0104) and applicable planning regulations
• solid knowledge in the development and implementation of training measures
• pronounced methodological and didactic skills
• high communication and moderation skills
• willingness for continuous further training and knowledge exchange
• high degree of self-organization and organizational skills
• willingness to travel
