Senior contract and change order manager for construction monitoring (m/f/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at locations Dortmund, Duisburg, Köln, Neuss, or Wesel.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

accompanying measures before tendering and awarding engineering and construction services to identify change order risks and establishing an early warning system regarding possible unjustified claims from contractors
reviewing tender documents and contracts for construction and construction-related services for construction monitoring aspects and plausibility
conducting change order reviews in terms of substance and amount according to client specifications
ensuring active change order management including controlling to track change order processing
deriving cost forecasts and tracking additional costs/change notifications
implementing negotiation results from contract and change order negotiations for project success
supporting construction monitoring regarding measurement and invoicing of construction services and invoice verification
ensuring quality, budget, and deadline-compliant execution of contract management for construction monitoring services

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or law
professional experience in project management, construction supervision, or construction monitoring
solid experience in change order management, including assessment of construction-related contexts
knowledge of calculation and pricing as well as VOB and HOAI
good organizational skills, commitment to quality, and strong communication skills
valid class B driver's license
