The job involves being the face of Deutsche Bahn at the train station, providing professional and knowledgeable customer service, ensuring safety and service standards, and assisting passengers with various needs.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

representing Deutsche Bahn at the train station
issuing passenger rights forms, delay certificates, and vouchers
checking displays for accuracy and condition
accepting lost property
assisting mobility-impaired individuals
providing first aid if needed
ensuring service and safety standards
communicating information during operational disruptions

Anforderungen:

successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training (e.g., hotel management, restaurant specialist, office clerk, etc.)
excellent host mentality
high level of communication skills
responsible, proactive, flexible
willingness to work outdoors and in shifts (including weekends and holidays)
good German language skills
basic English language skills
good manners and well-groomed appearance
