Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves coordinating maintenance tasks for railway infrastructure, ensuring timely allocation and utilization of blocking periods, and working with various stakeholders to optimize construction measures.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

timely allocation of blocking periods
construction-related registration of non-compatible blocking measures
regular validation of the utilization of blocking periods
coordination of specialist planners for maximum utilization control
checking the usability of blocking periods for measures of other participants
integration of these measures into the blocking periods
identification and prioritization of necessary reprioritizations of existing construction measures
coordination of required coordination services with the organizational units involved in the process and the relevant interfaces within the region and possibly other regions
organization of conferences with all process participants for conflict-free allocation of blocking periods

Anforderungen:

successfully completed university degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering or another engineering discipline
alternatively, technical training with many years of professional experience in railway operations, maintenance or maintenance planning
very good knowledge of common MS Office applications
experience with SAP R3 and BBPneo
proactive, independent, strategic and structured way of working
precise communication
ability to grasp complex relationships with internal and external interfaces
responsible and independent work
