Jobbeschreibung:

The qualification consists of various theoretical and practical modules and ends after six months with an examination to become a trainer for train drivers and classification into pay group 443. You will learn and develop extensive knowledge and skills for your new role, including communication psychology, group dynamic processes, methodological knowledge, and personal development. Through a mentorship, you will gain practical experience by observing trainings and independently conducting initial training sequences.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Conduct professional training measures for train drivers, e.g., practical trainings and theory units
Conceptualize and develop training measures
Support colleagues in operational implementation
Act as a role model through complex theoretical and practical expertise
Work as a hotliner
Continue working as a train driver alongside training activities

Anforderungen:

At least three years as a train driver (Triebfahrzeugführer:in), ideally in long-distance traffic
Valid European train driving license (TfV) with additional certification (or proof thereof)
Solid expertise in various operational processes
Economic, prudent, and process-oriented action
Up-to-date knowledge of guidelines and requirements in your work area
Confident appearance and good communication skills
IT affinity and competence in digital communication tools and online applications
Full fitness for train and operational service
