Become part of a dedicated, motivated and collegial team and thus set the course for the most important rail infrastructure project for passenger transport in NRW. For the realization of the RRX, the expansion of the rail infrastructure between Cologne and Dortmund is required. In addition to the construction of new tracks, switches and signals, the new construction and conversion of railway and road bridges, stations and large crossing structures is particularly necessary. A major challenge here is that the implementation takes place in densely built-up inner-city locations and the realization takes place under rolling wheels. • section and trade-spanning review of design and execution plans as well as tender documents for construction services and independent creation of award concepts and coordination with all parties involved up to the written release by the project managers
• assessment of the need for blocking pauses for all trades with regard to the feasibility and evaluation of the construction logistics planning of all trades taking into account the operational, local and economic conditions
• responsible for checking the consistency of the planning of all trades as well as the consistency (contradiction-free, completeness, opportunities/risks, planning changes and deadline changes) of the tender documents
• organization and participation in planning and construction meetings and other coordination meetings, also on site
• coordination with the purchasing team regarding the timely and award-compliant award of construction services for all trades
• development of training concepts for project engineers and project managers for the creation of performance phases 6 and 7 and taking over administrative tasks in the relevant systems (iTWO, VRI-DMS, NTP)

• successfully completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• several years of professional experience in quality, budget and deadline-compliant planning or realization of construction measures
• good knowledge of contract law (HOAI, VOB etc.) and sound knowledge of the relevant DIN standards
• pronounced methodological knowledge in dealing with demanding contractors and project partners as well as communication skills
• team spirit and interest in specialist topics as well as exchange with an interdisciplinary team
• knowledge of workplace-related IT applications such as MS Office and iTWO or willingness to acquire this knowledge
