The job involves managing contracts and additional claims for projects, supporting the project management in preparing documents and negotiations, and ensuring efficient processing of additional claims.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

accompany the contractual processing of projects from the beginning
support in contract and additional claim management
prepare documents, target-actual comparisons and all documents related to additional claims
conduct additional claim negotiations
early detection and assessment of project risks
support in setting up a database for efficient processing of additional claims
contribute to the development of a reporting system for planning additional claims
support in anti-claim management and additional claim defense

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics or similar
experience in processing and enforcing additional claims
knowledge of relevant legal bases and service descriptions of construction, planning and project management services
proficient in MS Office applications
analytical and structured way of working
confident and self-assured appearance
strong negotiation skills
