The job involves supporting HR management tasks for DB InfraGO AG in Berlin, including recruitment, onboarding, and project participation, aimed at students in relevant fields.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Supporting junior staff coordinators in all aspects of operational HR work
Assisting in regional recruitment, onboarding, professional qualification, and exit of trainees and dual students
Proactively shaping the implementation of regional, target group-specific retention activities
Supporting and accompanying the final implementation of HR measures
Participating in the processing of labor, collective bargaining, and individual legal measures
Involvement in ongoing projects and the conceptual and organizational preparation of events and workshops

Anforderungen:

Bachelor- or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economic Psychology, Business Law, or a comparable field
Independent, structured way of working
Accuracy and reliability
Strong communication skills
High motivation and initiative

Proficiency in MS Office applications
