Jobbeschreibung:

The position involves supporting project controlling and project management in the digitalization strategy, advising on innovative methods, and contributing to the improvement of KPIs and data quality. The role requires a student with strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for digitalization.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Supporting project controlling and project management through the creation, further development, and automation of reports in the implementation of the digitalization strategy
Advising project employees on the application of innovative methods and processes and serving as a point of contact
Contributing innovative ideas in the further development and validation of KPIs for regular project discussions
Creating ad-hoc reports
Monitoring the quality of commercial processes and data, as well as their continuous improvement and coordination of data maintenance
Regularly conducting target/actual comparisons and variance analyses

Anforderungen:

Studying Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Controlling, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree with a focus on Controlling
Advanced knowledge in Excel
Ideally, experience with Power BI or initial experience in project controlling
Strong numerical understanding, good analytical skills, and enthusiasm for the digitalization of business processes and automation of evaluations
High degree of independence, flexibility, and resilience
Very good German language skills
