Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for 15 to 20 hours per week for at least 12 months in the Operations and Technology department of DB Regionalverkehr Alb-Bodensee GmbH at the Ulm location.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Compiling service contracts and setting up a document filing structure
Coordination of the installation of automated passenger counting sensors
Preparation and processing of documents for subsidy accounting
Cross-departmental collaboration with all involved stakeholders and communication with internal and external stakeholders

Anforderungen:

Studying Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Transport Economics or a comparable degree program with a focus on mobility or disposition
Proficiency with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willingness to learn our accounting systems
Conscientious and independent way of working
Communication and teamwork skills
