The Agente de Seguridad at The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, guests, and employees. This includes patrolling the property, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires physical ability, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and standards.

Responsabilidades:

Patrol property
Assist guests with room access
Monitor security systems
Conduct hazard inspections
Respond to emergencies
Defuse disturbances
Complete incident reports
Handle complaints
Escort unwelcome persons
Investigate incidents
Maintain confidentiality
Follow company policies
Ensure professional appearance
Support team goals
Comply with quality standards

Requisitos:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No specific license or certification required
Ability to patrol property
Monitor security systems
Respond to emergencies
Conduct investigations
Handle complaints
Maintain confidentiality
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and 75 pounds with assistance
Move through confined spaces and uneven surfaces
Perform fine motor tasks
Read and verify information visually
Use computers and point of sale systems
