Selectra is looking for junior sales agents to handle incoming calls and sell energy and telecom contracts to French-speaking customers in Belgium. The role is based in Madrid, Spain, and offers extensive training and career development opportunities.

Responsabilités:

Receive incoming calls
Identify and understand customer needs
Propose the most suitable energy/telecom offers and additional sales
Handle objections and provide solutions
Process subscriptions and follow up on sales

Exigences:

Motivated to become an excellent salesperson
Dynamic and comfortable communicating with strangers
Determined to solve problems and handle objections
Active listening and adaptability skills
Willingness to earn performance-based bonuses
Seeking a career opportunity in Madrid, Spain
Fluent in French
