Description du poste:

The job involves managing administrative tasks, handling client and supplier communications, and supporting construction site operations. The role requires a Bac+2 qualification and at least 5 years of experience in the construction sector.

Responsabilités:

Manage supplier and client calls
Draft administrative documents autonomously
Handle filing and archiving of documents
Digitally input administrative documents, quotes, and intervention proposals
Master management and office software
Prepare documents for construction sites
Format the provisional schedule and budget
Organize logistics for meetings and site visits
Handle client requests and complaints
Draft final invoices
Ensure payment of invoices and handle reminders
Monitor subcontracting contracts
Work closely with project managers

Exigences:

Bac+2 in assistant type BTS GPME
5 years minimum experience as an assistant in the construction sector
experience in the building or public works sector as an agency assistant (F-H)
mastery of the Office pack
comfortable with IT tools
taste for teamwork
good spelling
