The Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel is looking for a barman/woman on a permanent contract to join our team. The main mission will be to welcome customers and ensure customer orders at the bar.

Responsabilités:

Welcome customers, provide information on the menu, take orders, prepare drinks, handle billing and payments
Build customer relationships to ensure loyalty and a unique experience
Serve orders at tables
Manage cash register, handle payments, and process all payment methods according to accounting procedures
Respect alcohol and liquid measurements
Prepare the room, set up tables and the bar
Follow safety and hygiene procedures
Adhere to bar opening and closing hours
Maintain cleanliness of the bar
Follow and enforce Marriott procedures

Exigences:

Experience as a barman/barmaid
Passion for the job and customer service
Team spirit, speed, and efficiency
Reliability, good organizational skills, and flexibility
