Description du poste:

This position involves managing and supervising technical projects for the company, ensuring compliance, team management, and client relations. The role is ideal for someone with engineering qualifications and experience in technical industries like building, aerospace, or renewable energies, along with strong organizational skills and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités:

Manage and oversee 3-5 simultaneous projects
Supervise a team of 6 permanent technicians and fitters, plus approximately 4 subcontractors
Collaborate with commercial teams for project setup
Plan and coordinate on-site interventions
Ensure equipment procurement and delivery for clients
Manage administrative tasks including signatures, sprinkler cost tracking, billing with accounting team
Oversee financial tracking
Work closely with purchasing and accounting departments
Ensure QHSE compliance (safety equipment, security standards, regulations)
Participate in site meetings and act as company representative to clients and partners
Handle installation acceptance processes with clients, inspectors, and subcontractors

Exigences:

Experience of at least 3 years in a technical environment (building, industry, aerospace, HVAC, renewable energies or nuclear)
Knowledge of fire protection standards
Proficiency in using Office tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several large-scale projects simultaneously
Leadership ability to motivate and manage a technical team

Ce que nous offrons:

Executive status with 9 to 12 compensatory rest days
Fixed salary starting at €2,800 gross monthly over 12 months

Profit-sharing: approximately 2 months' salary
Attendance bonus equivalent to 1 month's salary
