Description du poste:

Under the supervision of the organization's property management, your main mission is the proper execution of the tasks and works assigned to you. You will ensure the technical and financial structuring of property development operations, mainly involving the construction of individual or collective residential buildings. Occasionally, subdivision or renovation operations are also proposed. The realization of exemplary operations is a concern for the organization (BBC construction since 2009, RT2020 E+/C- program under study, modular construction...).

Responsabilités:

Execution of assigned tasks and works
Technical and financial structuring of property development operations
Construction of individual housing or collective residential buildings
Occasional subdivision or renovation operations
Ensuring exemplary operations (BBC construction since 2009, RT2020 E+/C- program under study, modular construction...)

Exigences:

Bac +2 à +4 in bâtiment, génie civil, économie de la construction
First significant experience in a similar role
Mastery of building techniques and construction economics
Ability to organize and plan actions to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in IT tools and office software
Strong writing skills for drafting letters and technical files
Valid driving license (Permis B)
