The job involves selling energy and telecommunications contracts to French residential customers. The role requires handling incoming calls, understanding customer needs, and selling suitable offers. Responsabilités:

Receiving incoming calls
Identifying and understanding customer needs
Informing customers about different options and selling the most suitable offer
Processing subscriptions and proposing additional sales
