The job involves managing client portfolios, sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and matching candidates with client needs. The agency offers innovative tools and a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités:

Public reception: physical and telephone (temporary worker/client)
field sales: client retention and prospecting
business contributions: managing the agency's portfolio
updating the database
creating and disseminating job postings
serving client orders
conducting tests and interviews for candidates
managing the CV database (sourcing)
participation in employment center and local mission events or job fairs

Exigences:

Bac+2
2 years of experience in the commercial sector
client retention and prospecting skills
valid driving license (Permis B)
