Description du poste:

The role involves managing tenant situations, supporting them in social, administrative, and economic challenges, enabling payments, drafting syntheses, budgeting, and liaising with social partners.

Responsabilités:

Management of rental matters
meeting tenants and analyzing situations
enabling resumption of payments and action plans
directing cases towards social support when needed
drafting social syntheses
budgeting and managing financial advice
liaising with pre-litigation and litigation officers
conducting home visits
maintaining communication with social partners
ensuring proper implementation of social support
conducting tripartite interviews
selecting necessary information for situation analysis
ensuring suitability between tenants' situations and housing conditions
handling cases of social difficulties (e.g., violence, hoarding, etc.)
staying informed on regulation changes
assisting other geographical sectors when necessary

Exigences:

Bac+2 with at least 2 years of experience
CESF diploma required
good knowledge of social support and various eligible aids
polyvalence and autonomy
teamwork
discretion and initiative
valid driving license B and personal vehicle
