Description du poste:

Randstad is hiring a Commercial Consultant for a 6-month CDD in Cholet. The role involves managing commercial and administrative tasks, growing and maintaining client accounts, recruiting and developing temporary staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and labor laws.

Responsabilités:

Implement commercial actions
create marketing and commercial campaigns
conduct visits to prospects and clients
verify client solvency
handle contracts and payroll for temporary staff
source and recruit candidates through proactive measures
match client qualifications and needs with candidate skills
propose and organize training
ensure compliance with safety measures and labor laws

Exigences:

Bac+2 in commerce or equivalent
experience in the temporary staffing sector or recruitment agency
dynamic and motivated
available Monday to Friday with fixed hours and remote work possibility once a week
adhere to labor laws and regulations

Souhaitable:

Ambitious and motivated by challenges
familiarity with safety and training processes
ability to manage administrative and commercial tasks
