Guest Service and Reservation Agent

• Manage emails (reservations, hotel information, sending invoices, etc.)
• manage prepayments (bank transfers and credit card payments)
• guest service (handle internal and external customer calls, input and follow up on wake-up requests)
• use internal tool GXP Empower (manage and catalog client requests, handle questions and requests from Marriott and Marriott Bonvoy reservation centers, manage clients using chat, respond to positive customer feedback)
• administrative support for Events (input Rooming lists)
• manage billing for no-shows and late cancellations
