• overseeing adherence to rules and prioritization of residents' interests
• recruitment participation
• conflict resolution and addressing dysfunctions
• medication and equipment management
• assessing needs and formalizing orders
• institutional procedures, quality, and risk management
• pilot CPOM and PATHOS evaluation
• support for institutional assessment and professional practices
• hygiene application
• implementation and tracking preventive measures
• drafting/updating protocols (hygiene, prevention of mistreatment, malnutrition, dehydration, COVID visits)

• Bac+3 diploma
• minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or related function
• knowledge in geriatrics, medicine, rehabilitation, or palliative care
• familiarity with regulations on working time and salary grids in the public hospital sector
• proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, Internet, care software)
