Join a leading textile company and develop your technical skills as a versatile machine operator. Responsibilities include operating and adjusting machines, ensuring production quality, managing stocks, and maintaining equipment. The role requires vigilance, organization, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsabilités:

Integrate key textile production departments: dyeing, spinning, finishing
Operate and adjust one or more machines based on specific mission needs
Ensure production quality and quantity by monitoring raw material operations
Control machine operation, perform necessary adjustments, and resolve minor malfunctions
Participate in preventive maintenance by performing basic upkeep and reporting major issues to the production manager
Manage stocks of raw materials, finished products, and packaging
Control the quality of raw materials and finished products according to standards
Work in compliance with safety and hygiene rules
Identify areas for production process improvement and contribute to efficiency optimization

Exigences:

Upper secondary education
Comfortable in a dynamic and sometimes hot work environment
Vigilant and strictly follows safety instructions
Good time management and organizational skills
Focused on quality and excellence
