Description du poste:

This company is a key player in the textile sector. As a machine operator, you can work in various departments: dyeing, spinning, finishing, etc. You work in two shifts or at night and learn to use different machines.

Responsabilités:

Use and adjust one or more machines according to assigned tasks
Ensure machines perform desired operations on raw materials and produce correct quantities and quality
Autonomously check and adjust machine functioning
Solve minor machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance
Report repeated or significant failures to production manager
Ensure stock of raw materials, processed products, and packaging materials
Control quality of raw materials and manufactured products
Work in compliance with safety and hygiene rules
Actively think of improvements for the production process
Supervised by a production director
Willing to work in two shifts (5h-13h and 13h-21h) or night shift (21h-05h)

Exigences:

Upper secondary education
Not afraid to work in a hot and lively environment
Attentive to workplace safety
Able to organize work and set priorities
Quality-oriented
