Description du poste:

Under the responsibility of the construction site manager, your missions will be as follows: Preparation of the construction site, installation of plasterboard, insulation work, reinforcement, assembly of partitions and false ceilings, reading plans, autonomy and initiative, compliance with standards.

Responsabilités:

Preparation of the construction site: Identify plans, necessary materials, and appropriate tools. Organize and secure the work area
Installation of plasterboard: Cutting, adjusting, and fixing plasterboard on various supports (walls, ceilings, partitions). Performing joints and careful finishes
Insulation work: Installation of insulation (thermal and acoustic)
Reinforcement: Installation and fixing of metal reinforcements to strengthen structures
Assembly of partitions and false ceilings: Installation of metal structures and plasterboard
Reading plans: Accurate interpretation of execution plans to ensure compliance with work
Autonomy and initiative: Organizing your work, managing your time, and anticipating needs on the construction site
Compliance with standards: Rigorous application of safety rules and current construction standards

Exigences:

Significant and successful experience as an autonomous plasterer
Mastery of plasterboard installation, jointing, finishing techniques, as well as insulation and reinforcement techniques
Ability to read and interpret execution plans
Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and with a good team spirit
Concerned about quality work and meeting deadlines
B driving license required to get to the construction sites
