Description du poste:

The job involves managing a production team, ensuring compliance with quality standards, optimizing yield, and participating in continuous improvement projects. The role requires a Bac+3 to Bac+5 in chemistry or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industries.

Responsabilités:

Manage and organize a production team of about 20 people
Plan resources using ADP software
Conduct annual performance reviews
Ensure compliance with quality standards and BPF
Update parameter sheets and analyze failure histories
Deploy corrective actions using the 20/80 method
Optimize yield and product conformity
Organize resources for sorting non-conformities
Plan staffing to meet labor standards
Ensure compliance of batch records and transmit them to the quality department
Train teams on document management
Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
Participate in continuous improvement projects

Exigences:

Bac+3 to Bac+5 (Licence, Master, Diplôme d'ingénieur) in chemistry, Génie des Procédés or similar
Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industries
Experience in team management
Knowledge of Quality standards and BPF
Familiarity with industrial methodologies and tools
