Secrètaire

• Accounting management up to balance sheets including VAT and excise duties
• Tracking and follow-up of unpaid invoices with a focus on client reminders
• Client reception and phone communication management
• Encoding vouchers and updating information in the system
• Preparing figures for the tax advisor
• Various administrative tasks related to managing the transport company
• Ensuring proper organization of files and meeting deadlines.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid experience in accounting including VAT, excise duties, and balance sheets
• Mastery of Dutch is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to manage tasks autonomously and with rigor
• Comfortable with clients and professional phone communication
• Stability and willingness to invest long-term in the company
• Lower secondary education.
