As a Shop Manager at TUI, you will organize the daily operations of your TUI shop, ensuring an optimal customer experience and profitability. You will participate in the omnichannel sales process, maintain communication flows, and assist in employee management. The role requires a customer-oriented, commercial attitude, team spirit, and fluency in Dutch and French in bilingual regions.

Responsabilités:

Organize daily operations of the TUI shop
Apply TUI Shop concept for optimal customer experience
Participate in omnichannel sales process
Ensure profitability and objectives of the TUI Shop
Maintain proper flow of information to Retail Cluster Coach and shop employees
Assist Cluster Manager in employee management
Stay updated through training, supplier contacts, study trips, and networking

Exigences:

Previous relevant professional experience
Enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and commercial attitude
Open and honest communication skills
Team spirit
Fluency in Dutch and French in bilingual regions
