Description du poste:

The objective of the position is to support the Customer Service Operations team by working with IT solutions, developing tools, and creating various analyses to ensure a high-performing organization. This includes the use of capacities, delivery performance, and the lifecycle of shipments, with a focus on quality and a collaborative attitude for all points of contact, customer-focused to enable IKEA's competitiveness in a multichannel environment and support its long-term growth and profitability.

Responsabilités:

Support the Customer Service Operations team by working with IT solutions
Develop tools and create various analyses to ensure a high-performing organization
Participate in the creation of performance reports
Contribute to operational excellence and quality in Service Operations
Assist in the short and medium-term development of existing service partners
Ensure accuracy of service cost reports
Contribute to efficiency and implementation of improvements
Participate in the optimization of multichannel development and tender-related activities
Contribute to compliance with the Customer Satisfaction sustainability agenda

Exigences:

1 to 2 years of experience in the field of expertise or a university degree (preferably in Logistics, Economics or Business Management)
Clearly and confidently communicate in English
Comfortable with IT tools, including Microsoft Office
Autonomous work style
Leadership potential
Team collaboration skills
Customer satisfaction orientation
Analytical skills
Ability to propose and initiate changes
Supportive and assisting attitude towards managers and colleagues

Souhaitable:

Interest in Home Furnishing
