Description du poste:

Join a dynamic team where you will play an essential role in supporting employees and training on application portals. If you are passionate about technology, have excellent communication skills, and a great ability to solve problems, this position is for you. You will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of services and operational efficiency.

Responsabilités:

Answer incoming service calls
Respond to internal chat requests
Support employees in case of problems
Assist in employee training and procedure implementation
Create training support materials (user guides, explanatory videos, etc.)
Collaborate with technical teams (level 2 and 3) and ensure follow-ups
Collaborate to fix IT problems
Create or modify forms
Other related tasks

Exigences:

DEC or equivalent experience
3 years of experience in IT service
patient, diplomatic, excellent communication and teamwork skills
good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office suite
intermediate to advanced English (oral and written)
