Description du poste:

Join CIMPA, a leading provider of high-tech solutions for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance operational efficiency for a major aeronautics client. Responsibilities include user support, coaching, ticket monitoring, process improvements, and conducting training sessions.

Responsabilités:

Update user methodologies
Conduct or participate in UAT tests
Provide coaching and support to users
Assist with process and tool evolution requests
Monitor tickets (incidents and evolution requests) with the vendor
Prepare and validate training documentation and quick reference guides
Deliver localized user training

Exigences:

Experience of at least two years in PLM
Experience with deployment of digital solutions
Familiarity with industrial production contexts and manufacturing
Knowledge of Teamcenter and OPcenter tools
Proficiency in English for communication with Germany
Organized, rigorous, and proactive
Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to various stakeholders
