Description du poste:

The role involves joining the technical support competence center in Aussaguel, near Toulouse, working in a team of 8 members. Responsibilities include handling CRM requests, validating issues, coordinating with teams, and contributing to technical documentation. The position is based in Issus and requires fluency in English due to global clients.

Responsabilités:

Handle requests in CRM tool
Verify information from previous lines
Inform client of ticket status
Update and follow up on incident tickets
Validate problem qualification
Perform verifications in internal tools
Analyze data for diagnosis or known solutions
Replicate issues on test bench
Coordinate with user for data extraction
Consult with team and escalate to engineering or third-party teams
Participate in technical documentation
Propose tool and product improvements based on client feedback

Exigences:

Bac+2
1 year of experience
Fluent in English
Experience with Linux systems
Knowledge of Fortinet environment
Organized, rigorous, autonomous with reasoned initiative
Good communication skills
Interest in new technologies and innovation
Teamwork
Fast learner
Knowledge of virtualization systems is appreciated
Driving license B + vehicle
