• Perform fiber optic connections for Free customers
• Diagnose horizontality and verticality and audit FTTH infrastructures
• Install optical sockets at home, connect them to riser columns and put them into service
• Perform fiber optic cable installation and connect fiber optic cable bundles
• Verify connections and test performance with certified equipment
• Complete and have the client sign the intervention and execution form
• Report activity (Complete intervention forms to facilitate activity tracking)
• Relay information to managers
• Ensure compliance with FREE engineering rules and assembly processes
• Check deliverables
• Control quality and test the proper functioning of optical links
• Intervene in after-sales service to restore and ensure continuity and quality of fiber optic services at subscribers' homes
• Perform incident expertise and after-sales service
• Bring defective infrastructures into compliance
• Optimize schedules, phone calls, appointments with activity leaders (Syndics, building caretakers, concierges, etc.) and assist teams in the field

• Experience in fiber optic connections
• Experience in home troubleshooting
• Knowledge of customer contact constraints
• Experience in fiber optics (Optical welding, cabling) and Telecom infrastructure networks
• Experience in managing schedules and reporting intervention results
• Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Office Pack)
