• Collaborate with offshore teams (India, China) to drive IT infrastructure implementation and application development projects
• provide communication support to ensure project success
• support project management for all phases (requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, operation) for both Japanese and offshore teams
• facilitate communication between domestic teams, customers, and offshore teams
• build mutual understanding and strong relationships between Japanese and offshore teams to secure continuous and additional projects

• IT-related bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Bridge SE or similar role, or multiple offshore development experiences
• understanding and ability to apply project management methodologies
• knowledge of basic IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage systems, cloud services, development frameworks, databases, etc.)
• 3+ years of practical experience as a PM or PL in application development projects
• knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, .NET C#, etc.), Shell scripting, secure programming
• knowledge of application development tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.) and frameworks (React, etc.)
• understanding of general project management methodologies (scope, schedule, quality, communication, stakeholder management)
• business-level English communication skills
• team leadership and mentoring experience
