業務内容:
Lead the CMO procurement team, driving contract development and management with CDMOs
Develop and implement cost reduction strategies and achieve associated targets
Negotiate and conclude robust supply agreements with CDMOs
Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior-level CDMO executives
Implement a robust supplier account management structure and performance assessment processes
Transform the supply chain to enhance efficiency and responsiveness
Identify and manage supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans
Collaborate with other Procurement leaders to adopt best practices
応募資格:
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration)
5+ years of procurement experience, with a preference for experience in CMO and/or direct procurement within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries
Proven track record of successful cost reduction programs and supplier performance management
Expert knowledge of procurement tools and techniques (sourcing, negotiation, contract management)
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
Experience in implementing new product launches and integrating new businesses/models
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent Japanese and English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Understanding of cGMP and related regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical or OTC environment
