Formulate and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with market priorities and global guidelines
Develop and manage the e-commerce business plan, including P&L management and revenue targets
Expand and optimize key e-commerce channels, including brand, major marketplaces, and social commerce platforms
Lead negotiations with key platforms and partners to secure optimal terms and maximize performance
Oversee daily operations, including traffic acquisition, campaign management, and customer support
Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize channel performance
Develop and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
応募資格:
8+ years of experience in e-commerce within Japan, ideally with a multi-brand company
Proven success in managing official brand websites, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms
Experience in performance media management and data-driven decision-making
Deep understanding of the Japanese e-commerce ecosystem and consumer behavior
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
