業務内容:

  • Provide guidance, advice, and supervision to the Payroll & Benefits Specialist, Office Manager, and IT Help Desk staff
  • Manage workload distribution and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Implement and oversee competitive payroll and benefits programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with benefits providers and vendors
  • Manage IT Help Desk members to ensure prompt and effective technical support for employees
  • Supervise the Office Manager in handling daily office operations, including facility management, office supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment for all employees
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate smooth shareholder and board meetings
  • Manage logistical support, such as venue reservations and preparation of meeting materials
  • Handle communication with directors regarding meeting logistics
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals
  • Optimize HR processes by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement

応募資格:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of HR experience (C&B experience required)
  • HR experience in a Japanese company preferred
  • Japanese: Business level (mandatory)
  • English: Business level (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-driven and proactive
