Our client is a leading global eCommerce company’s Japan branch focused on growth within the Japanese market. This role supports new brands and resellers in becoming star sellers within 3–12 months by driving traffic, executing marketing, and optimizing order conversions. It also involves strategic planning for portfolio design, pricing, and growth across marketing and logistics.
業務内容:
Overall management and support for high potential new brand/resellers for their first 3 months (~ max 1 year) in order to make them new star sellers, including educating, driving traffic, planning/executing on/offsite marketing, accelerating order conversion etc
Help design strategy for the newly onboarded sellers on their shop's portfolio, which categories x brands x products, including pricing
Help design strategy for commercial & operational growth drivers such as marketing/campaign, logistics channel adoption
応募資格:
Ability to drive seller management activities with strong ownership based on in-depth knowledge of the ecommerce/retail industry
At least 3 years of experience in account management, specifically in Ecommerce
Experience of >20 accounts mgmt at the same time is a must
A track record of growing new star sellers from scratch is a must
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese are a must
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate multi-lateral communications
Work well with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
