業務内容:

Analyze potential M&A opportunities by conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation
Prepare and review financial reports, including projections, valuations, and financial statements
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and potential acquisition targets
Assist in the management of transaction processes, including negotiations, documentation, and coordination with legal and financial advisors
Contribute to the development of strategic plans and recommendations based on M&A activities
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the M&A process
Work closely with various departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to support M&A activities

応募資格:

Experience in M&A, or Investment, or Corporate Planning, or a related field
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and M&A processes
Relevant certifications such as CFA may be preferred or required
Bachelor’s degree
