Drive sales growth and market expansion in Japan's medical device industry
Participate in company training programs and on-the-job training (OJT)
Build relationships with customers and business partners
Communicate effectively with line managers and colleagues to achieve team results.
応募資格:
At least 3 years of sales experience
Experience in medical devices is preferred
Experience in medical device manufacturers or dealers is welcome
Experience in attending surgeries, particularly in the fields of surgery or ophthalmology is a plus
University degree or equivalent
Japanese language skills are required
Domestic travel (around 10-20%)
Ability to build relationships based on communication skills and negotiation abilities
