An industrial service provider, with employment locations in Wijnegem and Verrebroek, is looking for a purchasing clerk. The position is very varied and you will work both independently and in a team.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Follow the entire purchasing process from A to Z
Place calls within framework agreements
Collaborate with purchasing colleagues on a list of preferred suppliers for various categories
Negotiate with suppliers
Handle complaints, disputes regarding invoices and irregularities, taking into account the interests of all parties involved
Follow up on safety notifications and actively seek improvements

Vereisten:

Bachelor diploma or equivalent experience within the purchasing department
Basic knowledge of Excel
Administrative multitasker who can work independently
Works very accurately and efficiently
Fluent communicator with good knowledge of Dutch, English, and French
Integrity, goal-oriented, and decisive
Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus
