As an aanmaakoperator nachtploeg, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and controlling production installations based on the predetermined schedule. This includes various tasks related to food production and quality control.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Setting up, operating, and controlling production installations based on the predetermined schedule
Checking weighed ingredients for number, weight, and date
Transporting weighed and container products to the production installation with an electric pallet truck
Preparing premixes, coulis, and sauces according to recipe sheets
Setting up dosing pumps and connecting dosages (feedhoppers, egg yolk, etc.)
Setting up production installations
Checking parameters (such as temperature and dosing speed) of production installations
Recording (via forms and PC) performed work and control results
Taking samples and having them checked by the lab
Transferring or pumping sauces to filling installations or filling into containers
Cleaning pipes, couplings, filters, and the entire work environment manually or via CIP installation

Vereisten:

A2 niveau or equivalent by experience preferably in the food sector
Basic understanding of processes and installations
PC skills
Technical insight and ability to solve minor adjustment problems
Ability to operate an electric pallet truck
