We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team at the Oostende counter. Responsibilities include checking in TUI passengers and their luggage, ensuring timely and safe boarding, and handling self-handling tasks for flights. The internship is unpaid, based on a 39-hour week, and requires a minimum commitment of 8 weeks starting from September.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Support self-handling process of TUI flights
Ensure smooth handling process for timely departures
Inspect and verify passenger documents
Register passenger information and travel documents in TUI's departure control system
Assist passengers during delays or problems
Support Lost & Found process
Sell airplane tickets
Report problems to relevant departments
Maintain safety and security standards
Answer customer questions and provide assistance
