The internship involves supporting the self-handling process of TUI flights, ensuring smooth operations, verifying passenger documents, assisting passengers, and maintaining safety standards. The role requires flexibility, responsibility, and excellent customer service skills.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Support self-handling process of TUI flights
Ensure smooth handling process for timely departures
Inspect and verify passenger documents
Register passenger information and travel documents in TUI's departure control system
Assist passengers during delays or issues
Support Lost & Found process
Sell airplane tickets
Report problems to relevant departments
Maintain safety and security standards
Answer customer questions and provide assistance
