As a Bakery Manager at Circle K, you will be responsible for the daily management of the bakery department at our gas station. You will ensure that customers enjoy fresh, high-quality products and excellent service. This role involves leading a team, preparing and presenting products, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and managing schedules and staffing.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Leading and motivating the bakery team
Preparing and presenting fresh products such as sandwiches, snacks, and coffee
Ensuring the quality and freshness of products
Handling cash register transactions
Taking orders and serving customers
Maintaining cleanliness of the workspace and equipment
Restocking supplies and checking product expiration dates
Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations
Creating work schedules and ensuring adequate staffing.

Vereisten:

Experience in the hospitality or retail industry, preferably in a leadership role
Willingness to work full-time
Availability to work at the TotalEnergies Oudenhorst location in Woudenberg
Minimum of 24 hours per week
Flexible availability during the day, evenings, weekdays, and weekends (every other weekend)
Hospitality-oriented, service-focused, and enjoys interacting with people.

Prettig om te hebben:

Experience as an Assistant Manager or Branch Manager
Experience as a Team Leader, Hospitality Staff, or Chef.
