This position involves helping individuals with disabilities in their daily lives by providing caregiving and support. The job emphasizes flexibility, allowing employees to work across various locations and choose their hours for a good work-life balance. Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Guide individuals with disabilities in everyday activities
Assist clients with tasks such as showering, waking up, and activities
Adapt and respond to specific client needs with flexibility
Maintain a perfect balance between work and private life.

Vereisten:

Flexibility to work across multiple locations
Ability to adjust to different environments
Completion of educational programs such as MMZ, SPW, SHP, Social Work, Verzorgende IG or similar
Enjoyment in performing both caregiving and guiding tasks
Friendliness and patience in creating a safe and trusted atmosphere for clients.
