Functieomschrijving:

As a Business Controller, you will thoroughly understand our business. You will be responsible for monitoring the financial and operational results of various business units and locations. You will work with BU managers to understand data, detect inaccuracies, share insights, and encourage them to implement your improvement proposals. You will regularly report to the CEO.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Control monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
prepare budgets, variance analyses, and forecasts
collect and analyze financial information and KPIs from various business units
provide monthly management reporting and present to the Board
maintain master data in systems and webshop
develop detailed insights and action plans to improve results
coordinate annual stock counts
optimize processes
ensure customer-oriented service for group activities

Vereisten:

Bachelor or Master diploma (TEW, Handelswetenschappen, Finance & Control, Handelsingenieur,...)
relevant work experience in Finance
strong numerical and analytical skills
proficiency in Excel
clear communication skills
