Our client is a social secretariat based in the center of Brussels. To strengthen their IT department, they are looking for a Business IT Support. If you have knowledge of payroll administration and the motivation to be trained in IT, we offer a temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Provide internal and external support by managing customer tickets
analyze and resolve issues related to system integrations
guide new customers by analyzing their needs
collaborate with IT and Business teams to optimize and improve support procedures

Vereisten:

Bachelor in IT
practical knowledge of APIs
practical knowledge of implementing ITIL principles
experience with management tools or databases like SQL
knowledge of the payroll sector
versatile and excellent customer service skills
fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of French
