Functieomschrijving:

As a Callcentermedewerker for Univé Dichtbij, you will help customers with insurance-related questions and advice. You will assist in identifying risks, offering solutions, and providing excellent customer service across communication channels.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Handling telephone-based tasks and occasional chat and email
Listening attentively to customer needs
Identifying risks and advising customers on the best solutions

Vereisten:

You are willing to obtain Wft Basis and Wft Schade Particulier certifications before starting
Experience in telephone-based customer contact is preferred
You are willing to work one Saturday every four weeks and evenings if necessary
You possess MBO-4 level of education and thinking ability

A gross salary between €2252 and €4024 per month
13th-month salary and vacation allowance of 8.33%
A position of 24-40 hours per week
